Purpose<\/h3>\n

Penguin in the Park, NFP is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes in accordance with \u00a7501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United State Internal Revenue law and referred to below as the \u201cCode\u201d). More specifically the corporation is organized to provide financial assistance to youth athletic programs and higher education institutions in Macon County, Illinois.<\/p>\n

Not-for-profit Status<\/h3>\n

Penguin in the Park, NFP is a registered 501(c)3 organization as a public charity according to the Internal Revenue Code. \u00a0Donations made to Penguin in the Park, NFP are tax deductible under this designation. Penguin in the Park, NFP is a registered corporation in the State of Illinois.<\/p>\n
